TEG Asia will be the gateway for TEG’s content delivery across the region. As Australasia’s largest integrated promoter TEG’s content includes a vast array of live music, sport, exhibitions and family entertainment.

Brendon Bainbridge is the Managing Director of TEG Asia, bringing a wealth of ticketing and live entertainment experience after 11 years as Managing Director of Ticketek New Zealand and 16 years’ international business experience working for Marriott Hotels in the US in senior sales, marketing and revenue management roles.

Brendon is based in Singapore and manages all TEG operations in Asia.


TicketCharge is the leading live entertainment ticketing company in Malaysia. Founded in 1991, TicketCharge became 100% owned by TEG in July 2017.

As the leading live event ticketing provider for events of all sizes, TicketCharge has an established position in the Malaysian market with a full suite of ticketing and marketing services.

TicketCharge has offices in Kuala Lumpur and Penang, but its sales capability is underpinned by 34 shop-front agencies across Malaysia and two in Indonesia, making TicketCharge the leader in agency networks, a hugely popular way to buy tickets in the region.

TicketCharge has accumulated vast experience in handling the ticketing needs of event organisers and show promoters. TicketCharge provides a full suite of ticketing services for both large-scale and small-scale events. The company enables the sale of event tickets via a network of distribution outlets, online and call-centre channels, ticket inventory management, sales reporting and in the near future, mobile ticketing services.

TicketCharge has ticketed Guns N’ Roses, Carlos Santana, Jay Chou, Jazz Borneo, the annual Disney On Ice in Malaysia and concert events such as the Vanessa-Mae Live Concert, Rock Legends Concert – Uriah Heep & Headwind and Aaron Kwok Live in Malaysia, just to name a few.

The company also handles ticketing for local and international arts and theatre productions, such as CATS, Fame, Chang & Eng – The Musical, Madame Butterfly Opera and Thousand Arms Thousand Eyes, among many others.

TicketCharge provides real-time ticketing capabilities. This offering will now enable consumers to select their preferred seating sections and to reserve, confirm and transact their tickets online on a real-time basis.


The joint venture with YongLe will see a new cloud based ticketing and entertainment platform in China. The two partners bring a modern system architecture that the new the platform has been built on, coupled with Ticketek’s proven ticketing expertise and experience in e-commerce and data-driven digital marketing.

The JV will deliver one of the most sophisticated end-to-end ticketing and live event management platform that has ever been developed, allowing promoters and venues to self-manage their ticketing operations, produce effective marketing campaigns and use data analytics to guide every step of the ticketing and event management process.

In addition to the core ticketing and event management platform, the JV will also launch a new tourism product, which builds on YongLe’s experience in ticketing and crowd management for large attractions such as The Forbidden City. The next iteration of the tourism product will combine data analytics, advanced digital marketing and self-service ticketing/QR code reader capabilities.
